Equity centered policy design
We develop energy policy frameworks, community engagement strategies, and advocacy toolkits for local governments, tribal nations, and community organizations. Our work on Michigan House Bills 5594 through 5596 established the template for statewide data center impact disclosure. We also build plain language toolkits that equip residents to participate in zoning, permitting, and public comment processes.
